Roach Infested Trap-house
Former Tenant
Pros:
Was affordable in the beginning.
Cons:
The entire building is Roach infested. Have had issues with mice on more than one occasion. Multiple leaks in the ceiling, water pressure in the kitchen is horrendous, The landlord is irresponsive until the 1st of the month or rent related issues, Super is never anywhere to be found, no doorbell on the door, no telecom in the building, main entrance door is unsafe and just a simple plexi-glass, all Cabinets are unfinished with no dry wall behind as per building code.
Advice to owner:
Finish the building.
