Full on mouse infestation. Miserably mismanaged building.

Pros:
There are no pros.
Cons:
Units are owned, but building is still managed by a large mgmt company that will do everything they can to avoid spending any money to keep the building nice. There are frequent mouse infestations, and they are destroying the walls. The building is frequently dirty. People steal from the hallways, roof, and mail area but there has been no attempt to improve security. This building is trash. Management company needs to be dumped. The chairs in the entryway are stained with blood from an incident over 2 years ago.
Advice to owner:
Needs new management company BADLY.
