One of the best buildings in the Brooklyn
Former Tenant
Pros:
Super convenient, clean, have never seen a bug, great amenities, spacious apartments for the price. This building also has the best amino type I’ve seen in the city: 5 huge herb gardens. Location can’t be beat; right above a target, Trader Joe’s, food hall and the Q train. I’m never leaving. Very diverse building.
Cons:
Management isn’t very responsive if you have to go to them directly. However if you use the app, things get done instantly. The staff is great.
Advice to owner:
Be more responsive to emails when tenants reach out. A lot of times they just get ignored. Luckily you don’t have to reach out often because the building is so well maintained.
Fast response from building staff whenever there’s maintenance issues. Building and amenities kept very clean.
Cons:
Walls are not enough sound proof between apartments
Advice to owner:
Please speed up the security deposit return process

Horrible RACIST tenants and staff!!
Former Tenant
Pros:
Convenient area near everything. Shopping stores, transportation, food, everything you can think of.
Cons:
The staff and most tenants are a racist. They look at you and clutch their purse if your black. If you even make a mistake with making the slightest bit of noise. Some tenants are bitter and expect you to tip toe around your apartment. This is the city not the suburbs.
Advice to owner:
Loosen up and allow people to enjoy the comfort of their home while inviting their loved ones over for a good time.
