Great Building in Perfect Location
Former Tenant
Pros:
Excellent building staff, from front desk to maintenance team - very friendly and responsive, and make an effort to get to know each resident. The building itself is beautiful, very comfortable, with plenty of amenities and an excellent location - on a quiet block but close to plenty of nightlife, and just steps from the subway.
Cons:
The windows, while large and providing great light, only open slightly, not allowing for much of a breeze. Their size and shape also make it difficult to easily get blinds/curtains.

247 North 7 Street
Former Tenant
Pros:
Clean building, nice finishes, great doormen. The super is very responsive. The gym is also really nice.
Cons:
The washer/dryer could be better. An extra spin cycle is required otherwise the clothes don't dry.

Ticks every box!!
Former Tenant
Pros:
Everyone is friendly. Building is well looked after and respected by everyone who lives here and works here. Fixtures are top tier, anything that is broken is fixed instantly.
Cons:
Windows are thin so you can hear the odd drunk conversation at 10pm on a Friday. But it’s NYC so what do you expect!

Clean and well maintained. Some cheap construction issues though.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Very good maintenance overall - trash management, landscaping, clean lobbies and corridors. Friendly and attentive team on site.
Cons:
Super thing walls with no sound separation between apartments. I can hear full phone conversations my neighbor is having when we're both in bed in our adjacent apartments.
Advice to owner:
Insulate walls between apartments better.

Best Building Ever
Former Tenant
Pros:
Frankie and the entire concierge staff are amazing. Building is always SO clean. Awesome amenities. You can barely ever hear neighbor noise inside your own apartment.
Cons:
High rent, but it’s a luxury building, so 100% worth it
