Pretty great building
Former Tenant

Clean, management is pretty responsive. The garage room can sometimes be overloaded

Very thin walls. You can hear everything happening in the hall or the next apartment.

Not A Bad Place
Former Tenant
Pros:
- laundry in building - gym with nice lighting - Roof access - apartment layout makes sense
Cons:
- maintenance hardly comes and if they do they usually say they’ll come back…then won’t unless you call a few times - walls are thin - front lobby always smells like wet dog - no more city views bc new buildings up
