Nice place, bad neighbors
Former Tenant
Pros:
The building is nice! The apartments are spacious, brought, and have great amenities for what the rent is.
Cons:
Over the course of the last 5 years, the quality of tenants in the building has decreased. There are many more people here now that treat the apartment like it’s a college dorm with loud parties, loud guests loitering in the halls, and folks leaving empty cups in hallways/shared spaces.
Advice to owner:
Bring in better tenants

It's not perfect, but okay.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Apartments have beautiful kitchens and large living room. Nice modern bathroom as well. Each apartment has outdoor space whether it's on the roof or a balcony. Large windows and lots of sunlight.
Cons:
Management can be very slow. Apartment does not retain heat well and so it is costly as heat is electric and not included in the rent. Rooms are tiny (except master bedroom). There's a gym but most of the machines never work.
We've also had an issue with packages being stolen and management has been awful at communicating with the building and tightening up security in the building.
Advice to owner:
Better communication is needed.

Do not live here
Former Tenant
Pros:
Overall it’s a clean, well kept building with friendly neighbors and minimal in-building noise.
Cons:
I’ve lived in this city for almost a decade. Never have I experienced worse management. Management is incredibly abrasive. It always feels like an uphill battle to get work orders in. The supers themselves are spectacular. But the management team always makes me feel like it’s my fault when there’s a problem, when I’m just trying to be a good tenant and make sure I take care of the space. I never had an enjoyable interaction with them. And on top of that we were basically pushed out of renewing our lease after they tried to charge us 1000 dollars to swap our one roommate for another (that is literally illegal) when we pushed back they lowered it to 500, proving how arbitrary the number was; plus they raised our rent stabilized rent more than 10%. Other than that it’s an amazing building. If you’re willing to pay and suffer the pain of dealing with some of the rudest people ever, then by all means— live here !
