Management ruined a great thing
Former Tenant
Pros:
Loved this building and still love all the staff- maintenance, cleaning, front desk crew- who made it feel like home.
Cons:
After 3 years, TFC management has managed to ruin the building with strict rules, insane rent increases, random new hidden fees added to rent, and in responsiveness from leasing office.

It's been a pleasure
Former Tenant
Pros:
Wonderful, long-term, responsive staff who knows your name and genuinely cares. Extremely clean building — probably the cleanest building I've ever lived in! I have never seen a single scary NYC critter in 5 years. Great location, just far enough away from the main drag that you have peace and quiet. Lovely courtyard with birds chirping. Very dog friendly. Gym is never too busy.
Cons:
Soundproofing between walls could be a tiny bit better. I'm blessed with a neighbor who enjoys watching Star Wars 24/7 on volume 100, but prior to him, I had normal neighbors and never had a problem.
