Overall Good Experience
Former Tenant
Pros:
The neighbors are super nice and you can't hear much from other apartments. The courtyard and laundry in unit also good.
Cons:
Takes a very long time and much follow up to get maintenance requests cleared.
Advice to owner:
Have more clear contact methods

Best Place I’ve Lived in NYC
Former Tenant
Pros:
-decent water pressure -great location and proximity to the A\C train -the apartments are spacious -elevator is always working -gas stoves -washer/dryer -dishwasher -gym -mailroom for packages
Cons:
-the sup is overworked, they need to hire another one -management is hard to get ahold of & then when you do they are incompetent -the noise from Fulton street is never ending
Advice to owner:
need a better communication system with the tenants

Interesting like ugh
Former Tenant
Pros:
Units are relatively new
Cons:
Management/ownership is highly unresponsive and any escalated issues go unresolved. They remind me of mall retail workers. Completely unprofessional and not suited to run a residential building of this size. One super who has to share benefits if they hire another so just one overwhelmed guy who says no before checking if anything is possible.
Advice to owner:
Respond and resolve requests from tenants in a timely fashion

Not bad at all. Few minor complaints.
Former Tenant
Pros:
The building is in a nice location. Love having a doorman. Staff are nice.
Cons:
Management not as responsive as I would like. When I first moved it it was very dirty and there was a lot of cleaning to be done.
Advice to owner:
Do a more extensive cleaning. Plaster in bathroom should also be better.

Good overall but...
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location- train accessible & near bars and restaurants if they ever open up again.
Modern amenities- dishwasher, in unit w/d, granite (like)? countertops, etc.
Cons:
They’ve never cleaned the windows. Never. And you can’t clean them yourself. It’s been no less than 6 years.
Being on a main street, it’s pretty noisy. I rarely hear my neighbors in the building but outside it’s sirens, buses, horns, people, etc.
Mgmt is awful and unprofessional. One lady called me during work hours yelling at me and threatening me because of something she assumed. She was wrong.
The other lady says she’ll do things and doesn’t do them, then is defensive when she’s called on it.
The yard space and community room are rarely available for residents use, which was not what we were told upon move in.
Advice to owner:
Get new management and clean the damn windows. Residents are tired of looking at years of New York filth when they look out their window.
