Best building in nyc
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good prices and still management that is responsive and takes well care of the building. Not to strict at enforcing rules on amenities either.
Cons:
Bbq stations on rooftop terrace could need an upgrade.

You get what you pay for
Former Tenant
Pros:
- Repairs requests are handled quickly - Building looks great - Doormen/mailroom employees are fantastic - They didn’t skimp on appliances (May differ by unit)
Cons:
- Expensive - Have to pay for the gym/patio (and must sign up for entirety of your lease) - No recessed lighting in most of the apartment (as is sadly common in new NYC buildings)

Great views in a newish high rise on the waterfront
Former Tenant
Pros:
Unbeatable views Excellent front desk, package room and maintenance staff Very social building Average amenities
Cons:
Small deck and pool given the size of the building Management don’t care about you at all - all they care about is their profits and how they can charge you more money for EVERYTHING Overpriced
Advice to owner:
Pay attention to the little things, like flooring that's scratched by previous tenants and then not replaced, yet you charge a fortune for any mark/scratch. The AC units are terrible quality and so noisy.

Former Tenant
Pros:
Incredibly luxurious with all the amenities - gym, doorman etc
Cons:
There were major cockroach problems for me in the summer. But after my first few months of living there, that had subsided significantly.
