Awesome loft for the price

Pros

Great neighborhood, polite neighbors and nice building. The building was renovated well back when it was converted into an apartment. Beautiful ceiling height & flooring. Not many pests (have only rarely seen small water bugs and silverfish - no cockroaches or mice so far)

Cons

Heating is not supplied by the building but instead is an electric/gas powered wall unit. Not bad but can be expensive if running constantly. There is also a lot of construction going on currently in the neighborhood so a lot of parking spots have been wiped out. Gym is a little dirty and could use some updated machines

Is the building kept clean?

Yes, there is a cleaner who I see on an almost daily basis who mops hallways, clears out trash and recycling etc in the compactor rooms on each floor. All shared spaces are kept very clean (lounge, gym, movie room, laundry room, hallways). There is also an exterminator who swings by all apartments once a week to offer pest control services in each apartment if you want.
