decent but not great
Former Tenant
Pros:
Building has good amenities.
Cons:
Bedroom had no windows and the lofted space was cramped. While I was living there the building lost power for nearly a week in the middle of the winter (& heat was electric). The building managers put a single space heater on our floor and didn't reduce our rent for that month at all even though it was almost uninhabitable in the apartment.

Building thinks it luxury but it’s not
Former Tenant
Pros:
Building is kept clean. Close to the G. Movie room and gym are good
Cons:
- they raised my rent over 20% both times my lease has been up. - Management won’t help at all with smoking/noise/neighbor complaints. - people use grills like 5 feet from neighbors windows. - they lie when trying to rent apts. Was told an elevator was going in and they were getting a doorman. Years later none of those have happened. - heat and air conditioning are very loud and don’t work that well - it’s literally anything goes with the neighbors. There’s a pole dancing studio in one of the apts, live music rehearsals, chain smokers, constant bass. It’s like living in an expensive dorm.
Advice to owner:
Either lower the rent or inmolement some rules that nicer buildings have

Not worth the money
Former Tenant
Pros:
Very responsive to maintenance requests. G train is very close Movie room and gym are great….when they work
Cons:
Lots of people smoke in the building and in common outdoor areas. You can hear everything through your neighbors walls and in the hallway. They have been increasing rent 20-40% for everyone that lives here. Doesent make sense since there’s no doorman, no elevator, terribly thin walls, smells like smoke, and I’ve had multiple leaks in my apt.
Advice to owner:
Used to be worth the money but not anymore.

An okay place.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Clean Laundry In Building Roof deck
Cons:
Was told there was an elevator. There is not. Building attaches to different building with an elevator but the buildings only connect on the first floor.

Eh mixed bag…
Former Tenant
Pros:
-location (close to G) -neighbors -size - laundry room is nice -safe building/area
Cons:
-management does not really listen to concerns, bad communication, delayed responses, never following up, having to beg to get things fixed -anything goes wrong on the weekend, you’re on your own -

Lots of space, clean
Former Tenant
Pros:
Way more space than Manhattan. Some apartments are lofts with very high ceilings
Cons:
Lots of families live here.
Advice to owner:
Some long standing tenants act like they own the place.

Real good landlord
Former Tenant
Pros:
It’s a great building and community. There’s amenities including a movie theater, which I couldn’t believe when I moved in. Landlord is really nice, compared to the horrors ones I had in the past. He really seems like he cares for all the tenants, and fixes any issues pretty quickly. It’s also a super clean building - they sanitize the gym equipment daily too which I appreciate especially during these times.
Cons:
Nothing I can think of to be honest!

Great building but inconsiderate neighbors
Former Tenant
Pros:
The building is kept beautifully and the amenities are fantastic.
Cons:
There are a lot of inconsiderate people in the building who will blast music (sometimes live music) until 4 in the morning. There were definitely house parties happening without masks/social distancing summer 2020
Advice to owner:
Building is wonderful and kept immaculate, but issues with neighbors shouldn't be on the tenants to figure out

They cut your hot water off after 15 mins
Former Tenant
Pros:
The lounge is nice and the roof. Thats mostly it
Cons:
The hot water wrnt off after 15 mins even after trying to fix it. The hot water on the silk will scald you. If you are one day late on rent the company will incessantly blow up your phone and email.

Modern lofts with great extras
Former Tenant
Pros:
Apartments on first and second floors have extra high ceilings. Laundry room with new machines, lounge with wifi and amazing roof space decked out with furniture. Secure mail room and bike room and cool cinema room. Also a gym with TVs. Some neighbors are friendly. Close to G train and B44SBS (both are 1 block away).
Cons:
Some longer term residents act like they own the place and talk down to others who are newer. Management are responsive to maintenance issues but not so much to noise complaints. Rent is pretty high for the neighborhood.
Advice to owner:
Keep the rent affordable.
