Numerous repairs issues, bad management

Close to subway
Cons:
Loud music by neighbor’s garden next door from 8 am to 10 pm on weekends.
Mice infested, ants, plumbing and heating issues, ceiling leaking water in the bathroom from upper floors, laundry not working, bathroom ceiling with open gaps due to water damage.
