Horrible Management, BEWARE!

Nice roof, apts get great sunlight, good neighbors
Cons:
They take months to fix anything. And in the end they will take most if not all of your security deposit for no reason!

Laundry didn't work when we moved in and took them a month to fix. But still had ongoing issues. The heat and AC had no middle room even though it was "controllable" it would only do the max. So the summers it was way to cold, and in the winter wayyy too HOT! The AC would frequently get overloaded and freeze over and stop for a few days as well. This also lead to leaks in my room and my closet that got all over my bed and clothes. And when they patched the wall up they didn't even paint over it so it was super ugly the rest of the lease.

Horrible move out procedure! GREEDY GREEDY GREEDY! They will steal your security deposit even if the apt was in better condition when you moved in.

Also the apt my roommates lived in was fine, only a roach here and there, but the tenants above us said they had horrible issues ongoing.
Advice to owner:
Actually be a landlord and fix things in a good timeline, and don't steal peoples security deposit!

Initially we thought this was a good deal for the amenities that our apartment had - in unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, fairly new space, great location.
Cons:
THE MANAGEMENT COMPANY. They are awful, they take months to fix anything even if its urgent, they gaslight us into thinking everything is our fault and that the thing is not actually broken, etc. Once you live in the building you will see how things aren't actually that nice, everything breaks every 5 min because nothing is maintained in the apartment so it's actually so stressful to live there. Literally not one thing worked properly the entire time we lived there.
Advice to owner:
Please upkeep your apartments and be responsive to tenants. Also, the apartment was not clean when we arrived and no matter how many times we asked for it to be cleaned before we came you refused.

6 bedrooms nightmare

Pros:
Big windows and quiet neighborhood
Cons:
6 minuscule bedrooms with bathrooms that always stink and don’t ventilate well.
Neighbors are loud, building is always dirty and rooftop looks like it’s never been cleaned of previous trash. No management oversight.
Advice to owner:
Clean the building and actually respond to your tenants when they reach out with issues.

Horrible Management:Landlord, Great Apartment Units

Pros:
- Renovated with modern appliances
- Spacious duplexes with private patio in each unit
- Beautiful views of Manhattan
- Great shared rooftop space
Cons:
- Management and landlord are horrible and utterly vile when it comes to dealing with tenants
- Management does not keep up with apartment maintenance
- Building does not offer elevator and walk ups can be morbid
- Other apartment tenants are loud and obnoxious
- Landlord does not comply with rent stabilised laws and regulations
Advice to owner:
Attend to tenants who pay to live in your units. You’re horrible human beings.

Great views, quiet, great location

Pros:
Bright, quiet, flex landlord, easy application, no rules, no restrictions, safe area, super pro is that packages are safe, great location, no bugs
Cons:
No maintenance, no management, weird layouts 6 bedrooms, bad construction, central air, needs upgrades, water damage, party goers and unconscious neighbors, no cleaning, trash in the rooftop from previous tenants
Advice to owner:
Please renovate the apartments if you want to bring good tenants, building has potential if there are improvements
