Luxury? Not so much
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location, nice kitchen, rooftop and gym are sizeable.
Cons:
Messy public areas (gym, package room, lobby, hallways), neighbors can be loud and inconsiderate (especially with regards to trash), occasional out-of-hand roof parties in the summer. Laundry room is also left a mess, with clothing left overnight and sometimes leaking washers that leave the floor wet. Yuck!
Advice to owner:
Advise your tenants better on trash policies and to respect shared spaces. This building should have more than one caretaker.

It's fake nice
Former Tenant
Pros:
it's in a nice, generally safe area with lots of great restaurants and transmitter park
Cons:
broken kitchen appliances where the appliance company claimed parts were "backordered" except conveniently when we decided not to renew it all got fixed. really loud, rude neighbor and management wouldnt do anything about it. dog poop all over the roof. packages would get stolen/opened occasionally

Worst Landlord/Property Management Ever!!!!
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location Is Beautiful
Cons:
Management, rent, small apartments, no heat, fixtures in apartment needs to be fixed
Advice to owner:
Please DO NOT manage anymore buildings in NYC. Fulltime Management is beyond horrible to their tenants.

Trendy look, cheap building
Former Tenant
Pros:
- Amenities: rooftop, gym, laundry, parking
Cons:
- Unresponsive Management: don’t expect to ever hear back from anyone if you have an issue. - Unbearably loud construction next door - No doorman: packages get stolen, lobby is a mess (especially weekends) - Building looks trendy but with very cheap materials: your apartment will have many issues due to the quality of materials used - Unsafe (no doorman and many drug users on our footstep)
Advice to owner:
- Get a new property manager - Invest in a doorman
