Good for a year, bad for anything more

Pros:
Nice, renovated touches for a pre-war building. Didn't feel embarrassed bringing guests here.
Cons:
Poor insulation. Theft. Apathetic management. Cockroaches in building. Laundry set up is inadequate to support all tenants. Rooms are cramped.
Advice to owner:
Listen to your tenants when they tell you there's an issue with the room. We are people, not dollar signs.

Noisy + cold

Pros:
Apts have nice windows, renovated, garbage management is ok. That’s pretty much it.
Cons:
Heating is terrible, the building is extremely cold and poorly insulated and the units aren’t actual heaters. The building/hallways/laundry area is dirty, usually never cleaned. Noise levels very high both from street and other apts. Have complained about things multiple times and received no response from the super (texts left on read, calls unanswered). On top of really loud dog groomer.
Advice to owner:
Please improve cleanliness, heating, management and responsiveness.

Nice Apartment, very loud, management needs to clean more

Pros:
Lively area, modern fixtures. Bathroom is really nice. Neighbors are pretty quiet.
Cons:
Hallways are always dirty. Smells like trash most of the time. Building is on top of pet groomer and you can hear dogs all day and night. Windows are not noise proof, you can hear the street at all times.
Advice to owner:
Change the windows to allow less noise, clean your hallways more often.
