Total neglect and unresponsiveness is the theme of this owner/management org
Former Tenant
Pros:
At present the service is so bad it is difficult to list any pros.
Cons:
Riseboro Management is dedicated to one thing, doing as little as possible and when they do attempt a correction, it is substandard. They hire people that have limited skills and express no motivation. They recently hired a defrocked Monsignor with no housing or supervisory experience.
Advice to owner:
Create a 5 person team of professionals to focus on correcting all their failures and select residents that are articulate and responsible enough to provide support for the 5 member team.
