Nice building but unsafe area.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Renovated apartments , back yard, parking,
Laundry room, in home sprinklers incase of fire , spacious living room, community room, elevators.
Cons:
Crazy tenants , Not so safe neighborhood.
Advice to owner:
Take action against violent tenants when reported.
