Good building, terrible landlord management

Pros:
Modern building with generally good amenities.
Cons:
A lot of amenities are good on the surface level but actually are pretty cheap (a stainless steel stove with an oven that struggles to light and maintain temperature).

But the biggest problem is the landlord who can be intrusive, disruptive, and when it’s not beneficial to him, completely unresponsive. He is also interpersonally very nasty to deal with.

You are capitalist scum

Pros:
Nothing really special for the price
Cons:
The landlord is outright rude, the building manager is useless, and issues will not be fixed. I would not live he re, one toilet didn’t work for a month.
