Everything you need, no frills

Pros:
- attentive landlord, very responsive - except for that middle washer - generally clean - good appliances in units incl dishwasher - rooftop
Cons:
- odd layouts some units lack sun, closets - my living room had no windows - amenities like gym and rooftop in need of work / repair, but they are there

Great experience if you like high rent

Pros:
Landlord is in top of everything. Great communication most of the time. Live in Super and janitorial staff are excellent.
Cons:
Can occasionally neglect you when you have questions or concerns.
Rent is way too high for comparable apartments in the area.

Good space. Good views.

Pros:
No extra cost for pets. Great rooftop views. Workout area in basement. Off street parking (additional cost).
Cons:
Driveway gate always having issues. Snow clearing of driveway/parking lot was not prompt. Sometimes late partying neighbors in building. Lots of package theft due to view of lobby from street.

Pros:
Cozy, nice central AC/Heat and kitchen vents, landlord is pretty responsive
Cons:
Dusty vents, packages get stolen sometimes but that is probably not specific to this building
Advice to owner:
The basement needs some maintenance - a lot of exercise equipment in the basement is broken
