do packages get stolen often?

There was an issue with packages getting stolen (personally didn't have any problems but others in the building did, but then management created a package room with a combination lock. Only tenants and delivery people have the combination, and I think that helped significantly.

Mostly during the holidays, rarely during usual seasons. This is an issue around the entire neighborhood though.
