I love this building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Management and doormen are awesome. Very clean never once saw a rat or roach.
Cons:
It’s right across a fire station so if you don’t like noise, I would second guess this building. Sirens all day
Advice to owner:

Decent for what you get
Former Tenant
Pros:
-Management is responsive -Security downstairs is the best, those guys are great and will look out for you
Cons:
-you live near a fire station and the NYPD, it’s never quiet -building tenants can be snooty -kind of a desert with cafes/restaurants/trains

Almost everything. Management is great in my experience.
Cons:
Area is sketchy at night, pretty barren overall. Also fairly expensive.
