Rodents, water damage, shady electrical work

Pros:
Nothing good about this place. It looks modern and nice but it was thrown together with toothpicks and a dream.
Cons:
Water damage throughout the building and the roof collects water/ isn't sealed properly. My closet caved in at one point because of the rain from the roof. The windows and balcony doors are not sealed and whenever it rains, the apartment gets wet. We reported this issue countless times and were told it was fixed, but I was home everytime they sent someone and all they ever did was look at the windows and leave.

Mice in all of the apartments. I was on the top floor and had mice. They never had exterminators in the building and have been told by neighbors they refuse to do anything about the problem.

Neighbors have stolen packages.

The lights flicker in all of the apartment so its clear there is some shady electrical work.

When we first moved in, they hadn't even finish wiring the living room outlets or the front door intercom and they tried to tell us it was our fault for not having electrical set up yet. When we removed the intercom, we found a paper towel stuffed in a hole with no wiring to the building front door.

The property manager is threatening and rude. After two months of not having our issues resolved, I reported them to 311 and basically got threatened eviction because they were so mad they got caught. If you look into their records, you'll see they've had previous litigations involving harassment. Do not live here you will only have headaches.
Advice to owner:
Get a new job, being a landlord is not for you.
