a good deal
Former Tenant
Pros:
it's a good deal and it's mostly quiet. the location is close to the train and local businesses like grocery, laundry, post office, etc are walkable.
Cons:
not the nicest construction / cleanliness, elevator often out, but you get what you pay for

Former Tenant
Pros:
Relatively clean building, never encountered any pest. Apartments are a good size with good natural lighting
Cons:
Kitchen is small and outdated. Hallways could use better maintenance
Advice to owner:
Renovate kitchens, main entrance, and hallways

Great bang for your buck
Former Tenant
Pros:
Rent stabilized, close to subway, large bedroom, large bathroom, central heat, quiet, large closets
Cons:
No laundry, no dishwasher, unreachable super
Advice to owner:
Would be nice to pay electronically rather than by check but not a deal breaker
