Nervous for the future...
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great building, nice pool in the summer. Great people at the front desk. Fantastic area to live in!
Cons:
Going off rent abatement soon. Very obvious that the management team is going to gut the amenities while raising rent drastically. Already trying to get rid of the doormen. Also the AC is loud and apartments facing the street get hot in the summer, even with them blowing full blast.
Advice to owner:
Just keep things as is and you're good

Would NOT recommend
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good location and near nice bars
Cons:
This building is always doing construction and it is regularly prevents me from comfortably using my apartment. We get regular notes from management apologizing for the noise. I find working from home to be too high risk because there are times during the day that it is too loud to even have a zoom call.

Amazing maintenance and front desk staff
Former Tenant
Pros:
Solid amenities, great outdoor space, awesome location, and amazing staff (genuinely friendly, helpful, and always on top of it). The building’s front driveway has become an indispensable luxury for us
