Decent building - staff great, neighborhood kind of meh

amazing amenities and staff

Cons

very hard to keep apartment heated and it's on the tenant's dime. Noise issues from other apartments that came through vents and heating units - sounds crazy until you have to deal with it.

Lovely to live here

Pros

Building is very much a community. The people are nice and kind (and at worst apathetic). Relatively clean, great common spaces, easy building to live in.

Cons

Sometimes the common areas get messy from use, lots of students around but it’s usually not too loud. My biggest gripe is with the state of the grills on the roof.
