Typical new construction building

Pros:
They are good about sending in regular elevator maintenance checks, pest control, and hvac people preventatively.
Cons:
Thin floorboards and echoey hallway means more noise in unit. super loud construction everywhere in neighborhood. Typical small new construction building.

Pros:
Fairly new building with an elevator, one block away from the Graham Ave L and right across the street from a supermarket (although an overpriced subpar one). The rear units have fairly sunny living rooms, a relatively large master bedroom, and balconies large enough for a small table and chairs.
Cons:
The super is often difficult to get in touch with directly, without going through the management office, and we had some issues that took a long time to get fixed. There has been recent construction next to the rear units that obstructs their view and has reduced the amount of afternoon/evening sunlight (but not terribly so).
