Great views and amazing location

Pros:
Great doormen; good amenities. No problems during my 3 year tenure.
Cons:
Package situation a little slow to inventory arrivals; however this is a contractor. sometimes taking several hours --was only a concern because I needed them immediately for work sometimes.

Very clean, good staff, great amenities. The gym is nice.
Cons:
One of our air conditioners broke and it took months to get fixed.

Nice clean building in Williamsburg

Quiet, clean building, good location.
Cons:
Elevators break down often. Maintenance can be slow to respond to issues. I.e. we had a broken PTAC AC/Heat unit for several months.

Low-tier luxury, but clean

It’s is usually very clean, custodial, door and maintenance staff are great. Decent Covid response
Cons:
Low-quality Floors damage easily. Cheap cabinetry, amenities aren’t great, usually broken. Manager Reuben is rude and unhelpful. Carpets need to be replaced in building. Package room is better but annoying if you work when they are open. Will nickel and dime you when moving in
Advice to owner:
Terminate Reuben, replace damaged carpets and wall finishes. Update floor quality

Level is not Level anymore

Pros:
Building is very well located. The doorman Victor is the best part of this building. The man works so hard and is wonderful.
Cons:
Carpet in hallways is all stained. Wall paper is peeling in common areas. Refuse rooms and not cleaned as regularly as they should be. Floor boards in apartment buckle. The beautiful park around the building does not look nice anymore. All weeds. Extremely transient. Your neighbors don’t care about how they keep the hallways/building.

Bad management, non responsive, mice issue in many apartments

Change the management company.

Good apartment building

Pros:
Love the doorman and service team. Literally the nicest people. Always great to see them at the end of a long day.
Cons:
Can get crowded in elevators. Package Room is crammed during the holiday season.

The staff working at the building (maintenance/concierge) are so lovely, as are many of the neighbors

The amenities are amazing….
Cons:
Amenities are amazing.. BUT they recently have cut the hours in half - like the pool etc. and still are charging us in increased member rate. Very unfair, feels dishonest.
Also the new residents that have moved in post pandemic don’t respect our building like us that have lived there since it opened in 2017, so now the building is looking tatty and old.
Advice to owner:
Provide the amenities you are selling us for $85 a month. Cutting the opening hours in half and not so counting our member rates to compensate the limited hours is basically stealing from us!!!!!
