Poorly built building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Quiet neighborhood Convenient location Near public transportation, groceries, dry cleaners, medical facilities Clean building
Cons:
Thin walls and floors, you can feel your apartment vibrate when other apt tenants walk too hard. Lots of running in the apartments that you can hear at all times even in the early hours of the morning. If someone drops a marble you will even hear it in your apartment. When someone takes a shower you will hear the shower turn on. Quiet neighborhood but very noisy building.
Advice to owner:
Implement the lawful quiet hours. Put better flooring and walls instead of cheap ones.

Very Noisy building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Very convenient...Close to train, grocery, pharmacies drugstores, target and Marshall’s. Laundromat in building
Cons:
Very loud and noisy. People doing construction on their condos early in the morning when you’re trying to sleep. Kids running up and down and throwing toys on floor. Hearing babies cry all the time, hearing people have loud sex. Cars honking outside all the time. Poor flooring, can hear neighbors stomping on the floor past midnight and early in the morning. It literally vibrates the your whole condo.
Advice to owner:
Make better flooring and remind tenants to be considerate
