Dependable and good amenities

Pros:
Management portal to report issues was simple, responded somewhat quickly (1 week or less), elevator good condition, trash chute very useful
Cons:
Soundproofing between apartments was suboptimal (could get noisy both on the floor and from above floor), raised rent without making improvements (though not too high)

Cons:
Management were not responsive unless you pushed for repairs. Fridge was broken for weeks until replaced
Advice to owner:
Respond to tenants and stop being cheap

Nice building, nice appliances, reasonable price
Cons:
Crazy electricity bills up to 380$ in winter and it’s still freezing

Change heat pumps to newer ones

Friendly neighbors, great amenities and light

Pros:
Great sound insulation between apartments (never hear sounds from neighbors), friendly neighbors, and management is pretty responsive. Lots of light as well. The tub is super deep. The location is amazing. The building has a lot of young people and mostly single or couples which can be nice if you’re a young person too.
Cons:
Water pressure is okay, AC/heating units are huge and chunky & don’t work super well. It can get pretty loud on Franklin Ave especially since they are doing construction during summer 2021. Property owner/management did not wear a mask when giving me the keys to the apartment on my first day in summer 2020 which made me feel unsafe during a super high Covid spike. Also rent is just very high and doesn’t include utilities.
Advice to owner:
It would be nice to install better AC units/central AC! Please wear masks when handing the keys over.

Newer building, poor management

Pros:
Great space in apts and super company was responsive when I got locked out
Cons:
Packages kept being stolen from the front lobby, had a lot of mice infestations, back parking kept flooding when it rained and landlords were very rude.

Beautiful neighborhood and views Modern and stylish finishes Clean building (maintained daily)
Cons:
Leaks Working with management to fix issues The owners can be extremely rude The heating systems are dated and look like they belong in motels
Advice to owner:
Please fix issues in a timely and polite manner
