MY NEIGHBORS AT APT 4j ARE RUDE AND HAVE NO RESPECT FOR OTHERS AROUND THEM. BEWARE OF THE 4TH FLOOR SPECIFICALLY APT 4j‼️

Im the first person to live here🙄 and my super no longer drinks as much.
Cons:
My floor is mopped once a month. Maybe once every couple of months. The mice infestation is to much. Oh! One time i was caught in a whirlwind of trash in front of the building. I understand its a high traffic area, but come on! Clean it. I honestly would prefer the trash gone over the mopping. But neither gets done.
Advice to owner:
Hire a super who cares about your property. If money is not involved or he is not benefiting from it, he not doing it. This is the first building I've been to where no one appreciates their super. Please have meetings with your tenants with an open forum. This building can have so much potential with small cozy cosmetic changes.
