Please Run Away
Former Tenant
Pros:
The plants aesthetic
Cons:
Please avoid this You will deal with constant loud music, bed bugs, roaches and rude children running around in the hallways.Urine in the elevators. The floors are even segrated. You will see certain race of people on the top floors but the black and brown people are on the lowest and worst floors. The gym is just a decoration display. You can smell the garbage 9 doors down. So many non working people here that creates a hostile environment. The rent price is not worth it. If you drive, enjoy walking 100 blocks for parking.Rent checks get stolen, cars get broken into.People will leave trash at your door.Sometimes all 3 elevators will be stuck half the day.Water shut off is common.Management don’t care about you but the plants around the building.
Advice to owner:

Take the good with the bad
Former Tenant
Pros:
Construction is still pretty new, maintenance is good… there’s someone here every day. Prior have been aggressive bc the compactor room was full and he saw my name on a box but he is no longer at the building. The price is amazing for the size of the apartment.
Cons:
Neighbors are gross. Turned a brand new clean building into a mess very quickly. There is scatter site supportive housing in the building and those people make it very clear that they don’t like us and hang in the lobby all day and outside of the building. Besides that the neighbors are great. Lots of people throw garbage on the sidewalks, like a lot of garbage, could be the kids from the school. People always smoking weed in the stairwell, leave bottles and roaches and garbage for days
Advice to owner:
Maintenance should walk though stairwells daily. Address the supportive housing people that bother the other tenants. Or at least let people know before they move in that they will be dealing w that environment

Could be better for a new building
Former Tenant
Pros:
- rent stabilized
Cons:
- custodians don’t take out garbage - custodians don’t clean the floors - If you miss one month rent they try to evict you - workers are rude -switch Managment like they switch underwear
Advice to owner:
REALTY MANAGEMENT CORP , treat this building like the building you have in Manhattan.
