Not the greatest
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location, pier, location
Cons:
Management is terrible, gym machines never work properly, little amenities, the laundry room is way too small for so many tenants there’s always at least one machine down, people steal gym equipment all the time, the lobby turned into a mail room so packaged get stolen all the time
Advice to owner:
Create more space for tenants in the building. There’s something you all can do about the roof and turn it into a rooftop for us since we can barely use the courtyard. Service the gym machines often, create a mail room so that tenants belongings don’t get stolen (which we had in the first year here and then it was turned into an office!)
