Worst building I've ever lived in
Former Tenant
Pros:
Looks nice from the outside
Cons:
Get used to the stairs because the elevator doesn't work.
The electrical system is totally broken. HVAC rarely works, but prepare for $1,000 ConEd bills b/c something is using the power.
Owner couldn't be bothered to provide keys upon move-in. Doesn't respond to building issues.
Advice to owner:
I loathe you

Worst Management EVER
Former Tenant
Pros:
Seemingly nice building with decent space and amenities and prime location.
Cons:
Heat is constantly going out and the management does nothing to fix it. They do not care about their tenants, just take exorbitant amounts of money in rent and do nothing to upkeep the building. We have been suffering all winter with our heat barely working despite paying thousands of dollars in rent and despite countless 311 reports and filing a claim in housing court. We are in the process of suing them for this negligence. Don't be fooled by the looks of the building and any appeal to the amenities and location - this place and the management is a complete scam.
