    Too much money for what you get

    Pros:
    I have never had any bug issues and trash is taken care of well.
    Cons:
    Landlords jack up the rent by insane amounts every year. Slumlords.
    Advice to owner:
    Stop illegally jacking up the rent in rent stabilized apartments! It's illegal!
