Laundry in unit, gym upstairs and great common space with pool table
Cons:
Some neighbors can be loud , and very close to the train tracks

Poor maintenance on laundry machines, neighbors are inconsiderate, management is unhelpful and unresponsive

Horrible Management, shady super

Decent amenities, good area.
Cons:
Building management are beyond negligent, super is very shady, and the landlord is penny pinching to an absurd degree.
Advice to owner:
Consider that your tenants pay you thousands of dollars a month, and that you shouldn’t wait months at a time to address roach problems, appliances that need repair. Also don’t try to steal entire security deposits just because there is normal wear and tear. It’s disgusting.
