Great modern building with a solid landlord

Pros:
Really enjoyed living here - landlord is small and not focused on pumping up the rent. Repair and support is responsive. The building is modern, no bugs, spacious, and has great light. Love having a balcony and that the water and heat are self contained to each apartment so your water pressure and heat are entirely under your control.
There are only 8 units so it's not too crowded but folks in the building are friendly and will help out by taking in packages if you're not around to buzz a delivery person in. People in the building are not noisy and there are a lot of great places right around the block (close bodegas and mini-markets, pharmacy, and food like Father Knows Best, General Irving, Cafe Pri, Ilegal taco etc...)
Cons:
It's not hard to park around here but it is hard to park on Decatur. You also cannot double park on this street, the bus and fire trucks will use this road and it's not big enough for them to get through. That means that once in while when someone does double-park, you'll hear about both will lean on the horn without mercy.
