Pros:
there’s quite literally nothing to complain about the building itself. the washer/dryer situation is far from ideal and the dryer doesn’t dry your clothes (even after 3x cycles) but the inside of the apartments are super well kept and modern.
Cons:
The property owner/management is completely unresponsive and difficult to work with. There has been times where things have gone wrong (front door to get in building not locking, packages stolen, flooding, broken handles) and no one responds for weeks.
Advice to owner:
respond to your tenants???
