Former Tenant Review
Former Tenant
Pros:
Thick balcony doors and windows, central ac and heat, gym and laundry in building, garage
Cons:
Could often hear neighbors through elevator shaft, management usually unresponsive, high price for neighborhood.

Decent building but bad block
Former Tenant
Pros:
Very spacious, great balconies, nice elevator that opens into living room
Cons:
Maintenance is not responsive at all. The block is extremely dangerous, there were multiple drive by shootings, gang activity, woke up to yellow caution tape sometimes outside the building and police investigating murders.

Light and bright but pricey
Former Tenant
Pros:
The neighbors are great. Lots of light and in a great location by the 2/5. Lots of food options in a fairly safe area too. Modern luxury feel!
Cons:
The owner/super are terribly unresponsive. Water pressure is good but the water in the tub takes forever to go down. We had using with the toilet as well and the microwave and stove randomly didn’t work once.
Advice to owner:
Respond to messages during the work week within 24hours…not a week later.

Expensive but solid building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Clean, luxurious, outdoor space
Cons:
Expensive, gentrifying, poor sound insulation from other units, no ventilation in bathroom makes black mold in shower frequent issue
