Owners are Negligent
Former Tenant
Pros:
Generally clean, updated units, amenities
Cons:
Owners and management ignore tenants’ needs repeatedly. Essential appliances in our apartment have been left unfixed since the day we moved in four months ago. If they come to repair, it is completely random with no notice. And when we do have notice, they don’t show up.
Advice to owner:
Be worth your price tag and actually provide “luxury” service
