Nicely maintained building!
Former Tenant
Pros:
Has all amenoties, staff is friendly, super fast reaction on the issues
Cons:
Consider this building is on the crossing of two main streets, so it could be noisy at times

Terrible place to live
Former Tenant
Pros:
Hardwood floors. Washer and dryer in unit.
Cons:
Where to start:
- central a/c broken for an entire summer. They finally brought in a/c floor units (after a week) which had to keep our large window open. That was facing the Manhattan bridge and tillary street so we lost our minds with the noise
- management was very shady. They couldn’t fix anything. The super came back 3 or 4 times to fix something because it was never done right the first time.
- we were given money to move out because they wanted to sell the building. Basically we learned they were forcing tenants out with whatever means necessary. Worst time of my life.
Advice to owner:
Get out of the business.
