Amazing rooftop views

Paying rent on the app and the garbage shoot down the hall.
Cons:
We had some small roach problems. They exterminate every month though.

Access to amenities like laundry room, gym, mailroom, garbage chute on each floor, etc Quiet building, people generally keep to themselves
Cons:
Was told when I moved in there was garage parking available, but it has been full since I moved in Some appliance issues Stolen package issues

Natural light, spacious apartment.

Rodents Cockroach Stolen packages Neighbors smoking in a non smoking building
All of the above issues were not rectified by the property management. Absolutely no actions made. Stolen packages occurs every time and they don’t provide surveillance video so that you can file claims and get your money back. Instead they said to call a police, or send your package elsewhere?? I live and pay rent and to inconvenience myself to go pick up my package elsewhere is absolutely ridiculous.
Advice to owner:
Hear your tenants concerns because we are paying you and it’s your responsibility to fix this issues!!!

Advice to owner:
Stop hiring yourself as maintenance and hire a more professional company that can manage the building better.

Good street parking Safe Neighborhood
Cons:
Start Reporting rent you pay on your credit with out your permission Mice infested due to lake of care Don’t clean building often not even weekly Garbage is only taken care of on days when it’s going out the next day. Bikes have been stolen from garage Packages get stolen They known for keeping your deposit even if apartment was well kept. Laundry room is not cleaned properly and machines isn’t been cleaned Machine washes cloths ok, no baskets to put cloths in from washer to dryer Dryers take long to dry. Management can get nasty when dealing with them for certain things You have to pay for hot water and heat everything is electric

Clean your building Take care of your tenants

On the outside it’s nice, finishes are okay. Modern.
Cons:
Small, non functional apartments. Owner very unresponsive and building cleaners barely come. Gym equipment have been broken and the gym is usually not cleaned. Laundry room always has something wrong
