Great building, perfect location, obnoxious neighbors

Pros:
This building is great if you can afford it live here
Cons:
They raised my rent $1000 per month without warning 👍🏻 and some of your neighbors the most entitled obnoxious transplants you’ll ever meet, but that won’t affect your time living here
Advice to owner:
Add more tread mills in the gym

Solid amenities with a pilates studio!
Cons:
Be prepared for a lot of kids. Very family oriented so something to consider for childfree individuals.
