Pros:
Nice, modern appliances and fairly large counter space in kitchen, good amount of sunlight
Cons:
Close to Broadway street, which can feel a little dangerous at night

Nice boutique building, landlords are just really corporate

Pros:
Lived here for 6 years. Been really great and the landlords will eventually fix any issues you will have.
Cons:
Landlords manage the building with a corporate mindset. You are nothing but a source of revenue for them and it will rear its ugly head when lease renewal comes. They also did nothing to clean the unit when we first moved in and everything was covered in a fine layer of dust. Also, the constant construction around the area wakes you up regularly throughout the workweek.
