Former Tenant
Pros:
that it was new/ has W/D
Cons:
That it is new, but nothing was put together correctly. There are constant plumbing leaks, fungus problems, theft and security issues, vermin and flies in overflowing garbage area both inside the building and out, the garbage area is not cleaned very often if ever and there is one only on the ground floor for whole building, the building can’t pass inspections so they have a temporary certificate of occupancy. The workers hardly ever wear masks- zero initiatives to help limit spread of COVID- a Republican/Trumpian resppnse to the pandemic in general (denial/indifference) The ventillation is terrible with an intermittent feces or smoke smell coming from vents that tenants do not get to ever turn off.
Advice to owner:
Get it together! Get certified. Maintain/fix your building.
