Great building, awful management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Incredibly clean and new, nice neighbors, never had a package go missing, great roof access.
Cons:
We wanted to break our lease/have new tenants take over the lease and were VERY misled about the process. We were given incorrect info about what costs would be involved and who would be responsible for paying the broker's fee if we used one, and so had to source new tenants ourselves. One applicant was rejected and told us how mean the office staff was to her. The entire process was like pulling teeth to get information from the leasing office contact. Emails went ignored or were responded to with partial answers and rudeness.
Advice to owner:
Get better office staff. Mimi was unhelpful and unkind.
