Infestations, broken water boilers, security concerns
Former Tenant
Pros:
The location is great.
Cons:
The building has continuous roach infestations that it is struggling to combat. Tenants regularly go hours or days without any hot water. On numerous occasions, homeless people have slept inside the lobby.
Advice to owner:
Staffing one community manager to a building with 304 units is an unsustainable organizational model. The entirety of the building needs to be fumigated, and all members of management need to be taught how to engage with tenants effectively.

Great Location Awful Management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great location, apartment is decently sized and has good storage. Building lounge and gym are nice.
Cons:
The current management company is negligent and unorganized. Several tenants have lapsed leases and the management office has provided leases with incorrect rent increases or start dates. The maintenance team is short staffed as well which delays basic upkeep/repair requests.

Great building!
Former Tenant
Pros:
People who work here are so sweet and friendly, responsive, quick to respond!
Cons:
Management is a bit hard to get a hold of, water damage can be an issue during heavy rain seasons, gym maintenance needs to be better, and would love more communication about common areas

One of my better apartments in nyc
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great location, neighbors, and friendly staff. I had no pest issues, package, mail issues, etc
Cons:
My apartment wasn’t very sunny anymore once another tower building went up across the street - not a big deal but the only con I can think of

Building has potential but falls flat wth management.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Apartment quality was great. Most of the staff were nice.
Cons:
Management was not great. Move in and move out rules are ridiculous. The building was going through pretty dramatic wear and tear for the short time it’s been operating and with elevator constantly down.
Advice to owner:
Improve frequent maintenance and improve communication from management to tenants of the building.

Not horrible butt
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location, some staff
Cons:
Horrible none existent property management, rude staff who don't treat all residents the same 👀!
Advice to owner:
Train your staff, be more available! I’ve recommended 2 people to the building both have had horrible experiences with the leasing and management offices.

Great building but terrible leasing management!
Former Tenant
Pros:
Clean, great staff, great location, excellent perks
Cons:
Leasing managment is impossible to get in contact with. They ignore emails and keep their door locked and will never answer. I will be leaving the builiding because if this. Hopefully i can get in touch with them to even get my deposit back!
Advice to owner:
Develop a better leasing managment system that makes sense. Use technology if you have to because your employees simply dont care and are taking advantage if you and everyone elses time.
