Thats a no from me dog
Former Tenant
Pros:
Its new ?
Cons:
The manager very rarely responds to emails and they might as well not have a phone because they never answer it. They never clean the hallways/stairs. In the year I was there they cleaned them once and it was because they were showing an apartment.
We left the apartment spotless and they still didn’t give us our deposit back.
The stove/oven is very cheep at one point it just stopped working and I had to wait weeks for them to send someone to fix it and they didn’t offer me anything for the trouble it caused.
The trash is always over flowing. Packages got stolen from the hallway. You would think in a newer building they would have better noise control but if anyone within a floor of me was playing music at a reasonable volume I could hear it.
They definitely took short cuts constructing this building and don’t give a shit about the people occupying it.
Advice to owner:
Do better? Actually care about your tenants please
