Pros:
-quiet neighbors -deep bathtub -backyard access -roof access -washer/dryer in building
Cons:
This building is part of a set of 3 buildings with 8 units in each building. The maintenance is poor and you often have to reach out to get the staircases sweeped. The walls of the staircases are in bad shape and need repainting. We have reached out about the dryer washer situation. It takes 2-3 paid drying cycles to dry your clothes. Water pressure isn’t great and is confirmed to be an issue in all 3 buildings.
Advice to owner:
You’re responsible for maintaining this building. Please do better.
