Can’t stay enough good things
Former Tenant
Pros:
What do you want out of an apt building? They have it. Location. Clean. Laundry. Rooftop. Upgrades. No critters. Loved the design in the unit. Great super and amazing doormen. Chill neighbors. Security.
Cons:
Close to Atlantic so can be a little loud. Oven was convection so I never really used it. Pricey rent but you’re definitely getting your money’s worth.
