Great place to live in BK
Former Tenant
Pros:
The staff are awesome, always available if you need anything from packages to general apartment help. The building is kept very clean and safe. Apartment itself is cozy, even in a studio there's more than enough space.
Cons:
Walls are kinda thin, but manageable. When it gets warm, the canal can smell at times, Lots of construction, which can be annoying if you stay home 24/7.

Great amenities but v pricey
Former Tenant
Pros:
Management is mostly responsive, staff is super friendly, amenities are great (pool, bbq, lounge especially), nest thermostat, luminous apt
Cons:
Leasing process is badly managed (they don’t care), thin walls, wash and drier together don’t work, loud air vents, balconies offer no privacy
Advice to owner:
Leasing process should be better managed - define KPIs for leasing agents including customer feedback, timely response

Cons:

Construction flaws and Unresponsive management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great location and great amenity spaces - gym, lounge, pool and outdoor areas
Cons:
Can hear everything in hallways and through walls. Amenity spaces not maintained - dirty gym, cushions removed and not replaced on out door furniture, grills catch fire or don’t start, broken bbq deck,
Advice to owner:
Communicate better and treat your tenants with respect and address their concerns rather than ignoring them. Refrain from over restricting access to amenities: No food or TVs in the lounge but that’s where the staff goes to eat and watch sports on break? one hour per apartment per weekend at the pool?
