Loud very loud
Former Tenant
Pros:
New construction, good appliances, mini splits
Cons:
Keyed elevator doorway + very loud neighbors means you can hear everyone in the building. Very steep short and narrow drive way cut out will scrape cars with conventional clearance. Surrounding neighbors will light fireworks directly in front of the building and they will explode at the same height as the 9th floor.
Advice to owner:
Insulate and soundproof the doors on each floor

Nice building horrible management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Private balcony space when you are on the corner apartments
Parking garage (but it’s a zoo to park cause no one had assigned parking)
(Common patio)
Very modern building
Cons:
The owner hasn’t paid a lot of people that finished work so majority of the security isn’t really working like no one can get a garage door opener cause the system is encrypted so they have one hanging from a string to improvise so not everyone and their grandmother is just parking everywhere random ppl from the neighborhood as well.

They will make promises and never keep them

You can tell they struggled so they straight up lied to everyone about rent cost to fill the apartments then when it came to me to pay the started asking for high rent and promising they would reimburse which they haven’t

It’s literally a scramble with no organization and it’s pretty annoying we moved into a higher rent space thinking and put under the impression we are moving to a better place and attentive management and that’s not the case it also way some blaming the other person then finally blame you for even bringing it up to their attention it’s wild
Advice to owner:
Do what you promised and pay people their wages and provide a better place for you tenants

Nice place but hate the owners and building manager
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nice building with unique units
Cons:
The building manager and building owner is irresponsible never fulfills requests and it just plain forgetful. 3 months and no mailbox key...
Advice to owner:
Get it together!!!!

DONT LIVE HERE
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nice building. Overall nice apartments
Cons:
The director of insurance and the super/building manager illegally tried to raise my rent. I had roaches in my apartment prior to moving in and they refused to do anything about it. The heat would NEVER go on during the coldest of the winter. I received a handful of threatening emails and lies from them regarding my living situation. I would not recommend living here
Advice to owner:
Fire the director of insurance and the superintendent. They are extremely unprofessional and rude. I’ve worked for the city plenty of times to know that the scam they are trying to pull is illegal. Make sure your tenants feel safe. These women go out of their way to make us feel unsafe.

The building Foreclosure
Former Tenant
Pros:
Parking, Neighbors, view.
Cons:
Foreclosure
The new management team is petty.
Takes a month to get your key fix to get into your apartment.
Last min requests with same day due outs.
Advice to owner:
Be more professional. Care about the tenets that live here. If you don’t want to do the work. Please quit so a qualified person can come in and do the job correctly.

People pay too much money for these little ass apartments not to have their request taken seriously.
